Bio

Hayden comes to Sandhills from Queen's Grant High School in Charlotte, where he was a four year member of the Cross Country and Track teams. This included two all-conference awards, one for cross country and track. He is the son of Kim and Tom Lynch who counts Mac & Cheese as one of his favorite foods and running has a hobby. "Haydo" considers one of his role models to be Matt Centrowitz, an awarding winning track star and Olympian.
