Trace is a freshman, Business major, from Carthage. This is his first year on the Sandhills Cross Country team, where he will specialize as a distance runner. Trace graduated from Union Pines High School where he was a member of 4 conference championship teams. He lives in Carthage with his parents, Heather and Travis, and his brother Chase.
