Flyers Welcome Jacque Holden

Sandhills Community College Flyers volleyball welcomes Jacque Holden, class of 2024. Jacque played high school volleyball at Uwharrie Charter Academy as a DS/libero. She caps her seven years of experience playing with an impressive 48-35 high school volleyball record, and also earned the Women's Track MVP award, showcasing her multifaceted athletic achievements. Beyond the volleyball court, Jacque's engagement extends to women's track and field and swimming, where she lettered in both sports. Active in student government and various clubs, her commitment to community service is commendable.

Choosing SCC for its welcoming team and coaches, Jacque is very excited to get going with the Flyers. Having played for Zoo City Volleyball Club, she embraces the challenge of both indoor and beach volleyball at the college level. 

Coach Alicia Riggan says "we're excited to have Jacque joining our Flyer family. She will be a great addition to our back line. She's quick and reads the ball well."
